Kathy is originally from the Seattle area but spent her early adult years in the Air Force stationed in various U.S. and international locations. After serving 7 years in the military as a Russian Linguist, she was honorably discharged when the Cold War ended. She met and married her soulmate, moved back to Washington, and while she and her husband raised their two kids, she spent 25 years as the Office Manager of a Seattle CPA firm.
Once the kids were well-established in their college careers, Kathy and her husband decided it was time to escape the high cost of living, traffic, crowds, and rainy weather of Western Washington. They spent two years exploring all over the Pacific Northwest and finally decided to land in the beautiful Rogue Valley for the next chapter of their lives.
Although it was a tough time to move and conduct a job search during the pandemic, Kathy was fortunate enough to join O’Connor West in December of 2020 as Executive Assistant/Office Administrator. She strives to provide excellent and friendly customer service, has a thirst for knowledge, and enjoys working with a team to achieve common goals.
Kathy loves spending time with her husband exploring all that the beautiful Rogue Valley has to offer, visiting with family whenever possible, working on home projects, gardening, and traveling.
