Kelly was born and raised in Southern Oregon. A few years after graduating high school, she became a hardwood flooring installer and refinisher, and eventually obtained her Oregon Contractor License. During that time, she met her husband and his two sons, all of whom supported her as she changed career paths and pursued a certificate in bookkeeping. Kelly and her husband soon added one more member to their family (another boy!). After their youngest son was born, Kelly decided it was time to put her bookkeeping certificate to work and wound up as the manager of a reputable land use consulting firm, where she spent the next 13 years.
Kelly was then introduced to Oregon’s complex land use laws, and she quickly realized she had a passion for learning and navigating various land use regulations and requirements. Over time, Kelly became a full-time land use consultant and was instrumental in helping clients achieve their land use goals while providing top-notch client care. Kelly has a keen eye for detail, maintains a positive professional relationship with various government agencies, and is a valuable resource throughout the land use application process. Kelly was welcomed to O’Connor West in August of 2023.
In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family at home, and can often be found alongside her husband watching their youngest son participate in various sporting events. Kelly’s hobbies include enjoying the outdoors, stained glass art, jigsaw puzzles, knitting, crocheting and the occasional yard sale.
