Sydnee B. Dreyer has extensive experience in real estate and municipal law and is currently the City Attorney for the City of Central Point. 

Sydnee represents real estate developers, government entities, and property owners in a wide variety of real estate, land use, and other regulatory matters. This includes buying and selling properties, title review, and obtaining land use permits in various jurisdictions throughout Oregon. She assists clients with easement issues, negotiations, and large-scale developments such as subdivision development.
